I  teach sixth through eighth grade Math and sixth grade Social Studies at Grand Haven Christian. This is my seventh year of teaching (fourth at Grand Haven Christian). Previously I spent one year teaching 7th grade Science and Math at Ontario Christian in California and two years teaching 7th and 8th grade Math at Grace Community Christian School in Arizona. I am a 2005 graduate of Dordt College. At Dordt I graduated with a degree in education with a middle school endorsement. I also met my wife, Beth, at Dordt. We were married in 2005 in Hudsonville, MI. We have two boys, Tyson and Alex. The four of us live in Norton Shores and and feel very blessed to be a part of the Grand Haven community.
