Hello!  My name is Dan Garbowitz and I teach math at Coopersville High School.  I have taught a variety of courses from Algebra 1 to AP Calculus.  I am a graduate of the only university in Michigan – Michigan State University – where I majored in mathematics and minored in Earth science.  I attended Grand Valley State University for graduate school, where I received a Master’s in mathematics education.

When I am not teaching or busying myself with mathematics I enjoy riding my bike, reading, and spending time with my wife, son, and dog.
