I happened to turn to the page where you ask a friend to do something destructive to it (and you can’t look!). I was intrigued by it because I instantly thought about WHO I would give my book to… Would I choose someone who I KNEW would do something really interesting to it? Would I just choose the first friend I saw? Would I bypass the page because I really didn’t want anyone else to see my book?
I ended up taking a chance and gave my book to the first friend I saw in my hallway at school, who happens to be the school custodian. He is definitely capable of doing something interesting to it… Looking forward to getting it back!
Anyone else get to this page? Who did you all choose?
“This post is a sign. What do you want it to say?”
Okay, there are days I have to remind myself… BE HAPPY! So, I wrote it as my sign in my journal. And I look at it to see if it helps…and it does…it makes me smile:) My youthful, bubble letters, the colors…
So maybe the words, the idea behind what it means to “be happy”, colors on a page, making a statement… is empowering.
Remember: Your journal can be used as you wish. Notice what holds you back, what you jump right into, what are you saying to yourself as you look at the pages, how do you answer yourself when you have questions about this whole experience.
Share your thoughts! Click HERE. It is good to hear what others experience, as it may be similar to our own…or maybe very different…

I took the page, colored it, and wrapped it around a rock. I wondered how long before my family would see it, hiding in amongst the other rocks.
It did not take long…”What is this?” one of my son’s said…found…but still wrapped.
What did you attempt from your journal callings today?
Remember: Each day is a gift. Use your journal as it works best for you. Everything you try, explore, deny,…wreck!…is purely up to you. Your time, your rules, your journey.

Welcome!
Let’s get connected! Tell us a little about yourself. What brings you on this journey? What are your thoughts before you break into this new experience?

Remember: This is time for you to explore! Everything you experience is yours and right and true! Enjoy the journey…and let us know what you notice as you do:)
I received my book earlier this week and hid it so that I wouldn’t be tempted to begin wrecking it! I’m excited about the wrecking process, but a little hesitant. Haven’t we always been taught to treat books nicely?!?
I’m excited about this, but what if I get to the end of the journal and need to continue to “wreck” something? Could this be addictive?
Hello Everyone! I’ll bet you are looking forward to cracking open that journal and getting started on your “wrecking” journey!
