Hi, my name is Kristine Akers, speech-language pathologist at Coopersville West Elementary. I am very excited to be working with your child. This is my second year at Coopersville West Elementary. Currently, I work with Mrs. Byrd’s early childhood classroom, as well as, provide services to students in Kindergarten and Middle School. Prior to working at Coopersville, I worked at a private clinic and Early Childhood Center in Chicago, IL. I also have my early intervention license and have worked with children in their homes. I received both my Bachelors in, Communicative Sciences & Disorders, and Masters, in Speech-Language Pathology, from Michigan State University.
